- What everyone should know before they start to write. Includes analysis of audience and purpose, plain English, overcoming writer's block, planning, paragraph construction, common mistakes and how to deal with them. A lively, interactive day which gives practical results for the workplace.

- Techniques for arguing a case and for structuring persuasive submissions, business cases, proposals and reports.This is a course for people who want their writing to make a difference.
English as a second language – grammar essentials
- Designed for people who speak and write in English but struggle with our complex system of grammar. Includes tenses, subject-verb agreement, punctuation and many oddities of English expression. Can be delivered in two half-days.
Writing for the Minister
- For public sector organisations. How to write briefs and letters that get quick approval from the Minister.
Answering customer complaints

Grammar for people with English as a second language
- Highly qualified people may struggle with writing for work if English is their second language. An understanding of some of the finer points of English grammar can sometimes make a difference to their ease and confidence in writing well.
